Medical education minister D K Shivakumar was shocked during his surprise visit to Victoria hospital as there was problem with outpatient registration itself before treatment process. <br />ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ನಗರದ ವಿಕ್ಟೋರಿಯಾ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಿಢೀರ್ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಂತರ ರಕ್ತದೊತ್ತಡ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು. <br />
